How to measure hose diameter

Straighten the damaged hose and lay it flat. Measure the total length of hose assembly from end to end including the fittings. See diagram how to measure hose length with angled fittings

How to measure hose diameter

Measure outside diameter of the tube  Use caliper or measuring tape.

You can measure the tube circumference and divide it by 3.14. Use flexible tape  measure (like sawing tape) or a strip of paper.

Mark the overlap and measure the distance between the marks.
